I am a dedicated champion of wellbeing, inclusion, diversity and equity in the workplace. Having been at Coca-Cola Europacific Partners (CCEP) for just over 13 years, in a variety of HR roles, my current role as our Global Wellbeing Lead has really helped me shaped my passion and purpose. Wellbeing is at the heart of what we do at CCEP — not just as a programme, but as a culture that enables people to feel safe, supported, and empowered.
Alongside wellbeing, I’m deeply committed to Inclusion, Diversity & Equity, with particular focus on culture and heritage, race and ethnicity. I’ve had the privilege of leading ID&E initiatives in Great Britain, with a focus on supporting and growing multicultural talent at CCEP and ensuring that underrepresented groups have a voice and are fairly represented at all levels of the organisation.
I’m absolutely thrilled to be part of this year’s judging panel, recognising the incredible work that individuals and organisations are doing to make wellbeing a priority — and a reality — in the workplace.
