The Great British Workplace Wellbeing Awards today announced the shortlist for the 2026 annual celebration of workplace wellbeing, highlighting 25 categories that recognise individuals, teams, and organisations who are driving real change in mental, physical, and social wellbeing across UK workplaces.
Spanning a broad spectrum—from Excellence in Male Health Advocacy to Wellbeing Team of the Year —this year’s shortlist champions a diverse range of contributions. From visionary leaders and courageous advocates, to cutting-edge providers and high-impact wellbeing programmes the shortlist is packed with inspiration.
